Hi Everyone -

I'm having a strange problem that I was wondering if anyone has encountered before.

I've got a 2.6a FPW app running on a Novell Netware 5 network with HP laserjet 4000 & 4050 printers. Occasionally, when users print reports to the printer, our company logo bitmap is replaced with the fox head icon. (blown up to scale of the intended bmp) Our logo is a 24-bit bmp, 169 k and resides in the app's root directory on a shared network drive.

It's occuring for different users on different printers at different times of the day. I'm just not sure where to start - 95 % of the time the logo will print fine. Does anyone have any ideas?
