Hi Nadya,

I had a client the other week that needed PDF output, so I downloaded PC602Suite (an office compatible suite of programs) for FREE and for $29.95 purchased their PLUS pack which enables PDF output from any program.

The PLUS pack installs a Print2PDF printer driver which works exceptionally well, saving the PDF file to the desktop.

This seemed the easiest and cheapest way of doing it.
