Have you installed the latest hot fix to 8.5 to see if that corrects the problem?

Failing to correct this, my client will have to dump Crystal for some other label creation program that hopefully has decent Active-X automation. Native VFP reports are out of the question - this has to be extremely end-user friendly, and the creation person already knows Crystal pretty well.
