That will depend on whether the beta for the next version of VFP is a "closed beta" (a limited group of testers) or an "open beta" (wider distribution) or a "marketing beta" (sometimes sent out with MSDN Universal subscriptions), or some combination of the three.

Anyone who knows the answer to that cannot say, because they would be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement. That's my understanding of how these things work, although the names I used above for the types of betas are just my guesses and not intended to represent how Microsoft refers to them.
