Where do I assign my lockcount value. Right now I am assigning it in the init event of the grid before the with statement. I was wandering if something is happening elsewhere in my form that is causing a problem. For example in the init event of the form is where I define the recordsource of the grid, set dynamicforecolor for columns, etc.
