Nadya,

Just curious.
Did you get the file printer.txt.pdf instead of printer.pdf?
And what is the format of printer.txt.pdf? Is it txt file or pdf file?
What if you just rename printer.txt.pdf to printer.pdf, will it resolve the problem?

>>Did you notice if the bExecViewer registry key there when I mentioned it yesterday? I don't have version 5, so I don't know if it works the same. In version 4, when you print to the driver (you can do it from Word, for example), there is a dialog that asks for the name of the file you want to create. On that dialog, there is a checkbox asking if you want to view the file after it is created. Changing that checkbox toggles the registry key setting, and the next time the dialog appears the default value will be what you did previous time.
