Thanks, Sergey. I am using Win2000 on this computer. If I understand correctly, I use the info in KB 304639 to extract the form #, and then input that number under the PAPERSIZE parameter in the EXPR memo field??

I have been able to create the form I need, it just doesn't appear in the list when I do a page setup...
