I am using Foxfire for my reporting engine and I can not even preview a report.

My computer:

AMD1200 512mb DDR Ram
ATI Radeon 64mb DDR VIVO
Lexmark Z52 Printer
Windows ME
Visual FoxPro 7.0 SP1
Foxfire 6.02 with the FFFORMS update; recompiled in VFP 7

I have placed a new video driver on the computer and have ruled that out as my problem.

I removed the printer driver(s) from my computer, and Foxfire! works fine with the Default Fax Printer driver.

I reinstalled the Printer driver using the USB port. Foxfire! fails to print.

I reinstalled the Printer driver using the LPT1 port. Foxfire! fails to print.

Upon failing to print it supplies me with a GPF C0058739 and crashes the computer.

I have contacted Lexmark... "It must be your software if you can print in other applications."

1. Does this happen with everyone out there using VFP 7.0???
2. What printers does this happen with?
3. Does this have anything to do with Windows ME?
4. Printing from Word and Excel has no problems, why is it only in VFP 7.0?
5. Does anyone have any solution?
6. Will Microsoft send out an additional Service Patchs to VFP 7.0 to fix these types of errors?
6a. If not, why not? And I do not care if they are working really hard on Toledo, that does not help any of us who are working in VFP 7.0 today!

7. What good is an application if it can't print?

Any good answers please!!! If you have a good configuration of Windows, VFP 7.0 and any reporting tool, please post it. Tell us what kind of computer, video card, printer, printer connection (USB, LPT1), Windows version, and Reporting tool you are using that is working with VFP 7.0 consistently (no GPF ever; given several requests to preview).
