Well... I'm sorry, but I have to disaggree. Windows XP (at least - the professional version) have a bundled cd writing software. Just drag the files onto cd writer letter, right click the cd writer drive, and choose 'write these files to cd'. It will burn them onto cd whithout any cd writing software installed.

This won't help you, though. I have no idea how to program this thing.
