No, the two different data entry operators enter the member's applications separately, operator 1 into table 1 and operator 2 into table 2, and then a report compares the two tables and reports differences. After the corrections, table 1 is appended into the member database, and then both are zapped so data entry can start again. The purpose is to ensure that the information is entered correctly.
