Your best bet is problem to insert a table in the header with one row and two cells, and put the graphic in the left cell and the text in the right. You can set the justification for each cell independently.

Otherwise, the only way to do that sort of thing in Word is to use tabs. Put a right tab at the right margin, then use a tab to separate the two items.
