ACT does seem to use an early version of DBF, I'm not sure what version exactly... (dbase3 perhaps?)
I can view these fine, the problem comes in extracting notes associated with the DBF's, I am not sure which files are the associated memo files. Even if I could identify the files, I don't know if I could open them in Fox.
