Thanks for your response. My computer is running Windows XP and the SP1 Readme says Installer 2.0 ships with Windows XP. I was not able to find any Installer update download for Windows XP in Microsoft's webpages. I tried downloading "Windows Installer 2.0 Redistributable for Windows 2000". However the message "Wrong OS or OS version for application" was shown when I applied the update. Any idea?
