Dear Bonnie:

Try opening the report dbf file [report name].frx and checking the Expr, Tag and Tag1 for the first record in the table. If these strings point to a printer that does not exist in a particular users print list lock ups can occur.

Be careful with the Expr field. I believe this is the field that contains the print orientation also.

>I have an FPW 2.6 app running on an MS network. All machines are having intermittent problems printing reports. This is a new problem - no new printers or computers or program changes. When they try to print, the machine hangs, nothing goes to the printer and you have to 'End Task' to get out. My next steps are:
