Try using the new Xitech KONxiSE tool.
It decreases the Size of your EXE about 70% -AND- makes it REFOX persistent. But Christof Lange is right. You still have the chance to Refox, if you are able to get into the Program itself.
But, ask yourself: "Why should somebody else use my Sourcecode, even if it is visible?".
