>I copied a .exe program made from the profesional version of foxpro 3.0b on a win95 workstation. The program worked fine for a couple of days. But, now when i double click on the icon to start the program and then if i pick an option in the menu of that program, i always get this message: "Error loading file -Parent- record number 4. Input/output operation failure".

May be your original project was on the network, and the user of
your workstation had access to it and your .EXE worked.
Maybe by entering another user with less accesses or another
mapping you cannot access the original .VCX anymore.

Or did you move your development system?

Or did you change (removed) things from the .VCX?

If one of these is true it seems that your .Exe cannot find a .VCX from which you draw resources for your forms. Probably the .VCX
are not part of your project. If they are not, put them in and
re-build.
