Is possible to avoid event generation on the component that is under the scrollbar of the expanded combobox.

For example suppose:
- I have a form with a combobox and a commandbutton below it
- I expand the combobox by clicking on the down button
- I run over the expanded portion of the combobox by mouse cursor
- I click (twice or three times) on down button of the scrollbar
under it is exactly the commandbutton
- then I click out of the combobox (e.g. on the form) - combo is closed
- events are generated on the commandbutto
