Dear all,

In my application of labotatory inventory, some chemicals are harzardous and can be categoried as various categorys such as flammable, irritant, corrosive and etc. and the category have a specific sign representing.

In the table I have a field harzard whcih is designed as a 1 character field.

How can I do if in printing a report of inventory list; check whether there is harzardous; print the sign inaccording; providing I have the gif files in the directory.

i.e. if the harzard filed of the chemical say "1", the harzard field of the chemical in the report will print out the representing harzardous sign.
if the harzard filed of the chemical say "0", the harzard field of the chemical in the report will be blank.
