Hi John,
Thanks for the reply.
Haven't had much luck so far with the 1st. Regarding exporting the messages to a common format, my problem is that a lot of the messages have attachments, which get left out of the export process (Choices Lotus 123 or txt file).
I also have the option of forwarding them to my personal e-mail account, which will work, except that then I lose the sender and recipient list information.
