I did all the betas. I know transcender has some .NET stuff released. If you read the Skills Measured on the Microsoft site for each exam, its real faithful to the material thats covered on the exam. Read two or three articles from each topic on MSDN. Then get lots of hands-on experience. The Winforms exams wasn't too difficult. The web services exam was a killer, lots of Remoting questions.
