You can save Rich Formatted Text in a memo field and display it using the Microsoft Rich Textbox ActiveX control. You can do things in the KeyPress event to disable entry of certain or all keys. You could also display HTML text in a browser control but then I believe you must require all your users to use Internet Explorer.
