I have never used Measure Up products, so I can't compare them. I used Transcender for the classic MCSD (Analyzing requirements). Many people swear by Transcender. They do have demos available for download.

For the .NET exams, I don't know if any of that would be worth it. The Microsoft site tells you all the topics that are going to be covered.
