I think than a Wizard icon can be some confusing for users than use a los the wizards of MS Office.
If your users have a lot of time using your dialog, then maybe no problem,
if is for your own use, no matter the icon you set :), and if is for your colleages,
they are programmers! and its supposed to learn all the time new things.
So you can allways set a tooltip or a label (for a short time while they learn) indicating what the icons mean
