First, back up your SCX. Next, open the form as a table with USE MyForm.SCX, then Browse it. Go to record #10 and check out the code in the Parent field. Look for typos, a class that has been moved, etc. Sometimes you'll find garbage and need to re-write the information, using other fields as models. USE the scx, then try running it again.
