I am currently building all my layers in the same .NET project.
I did this for expedience sake and really feel that each layer should be a separate project.
Anyway, I wanted to start breaking it out and was looking for ideas on how to situate things.

For example do most people just put the presentation logic under the wwwroot directory and keep the other tier .dll’s at some higher level or are people just putting everything in the web directory?
