Why on Earth are you spending time and money on this????

I have to believe that creating your own logo with the words 'Powered by Microsoft Visual FoxPro' with the proper trademark designation and notations, it would fall within the province of fair use.

I would submit that trying to get MS involved was a big mistake. Once corporate counsel gets a hold of things, it is pretty much out of the hands of the product people.
