I am not sure where to post this question, so I thought I'd start here ...

I would like to start posting news items on FoxCentral on behalf of our local user group, the Sacramento Microsoft Database SIG. I signed up as a resource provider, and it seemed to work (I got confirmation mail with our provider ID and password). But when I try to post a message, I get an error message: "Access denied - invalid password for provider".

Following that error, I queried the web service with GetProviders() and noticed my group wasn't on the list. I waited a day and tried again, just in case there is some delay, but we're still not on the list.

Any ideas on what I should do next, or alternatively, who I should ask? Thanks!
