I think that you have to take this problem by the other end.
Print VFP reports in PDF and, after that, build a single PDF via Acrobat Distiller for printing or emailing the full report.
Check under the Distillr\Xtras folder of acrobat for a sample file (Rundirex.txt) used to run a distiller batch to create a single PDF from many PS files.
