It appears that you don't expect to secure voluminous sales to new users so, is marketing solely aimed at existing users to secure upgrades? Maybe you could avoid fruitless requests for VFP representation in "this place" or "that place" by being crystal clear as to exactly what you hope/intend to achieve by your marketing initiatives. It must be frustrating for you to keep answering questions that need not be asked in the first place.
