I think Andre Payette is an alter-ego for somebody famous. He last logged in on 7/27/2002 but has not posted in 2.5 years. Look at his messages and the some of the idioms he used. I have my suspicions as to who it really is. There are several lurkers who use alter-egos here.

They are easy to ferret out. If they display a lot of knowledge and insight and they come out of nowhere, it is almost a certainty the poster is an alter ego for somebody else.

Among the digerati, particulary those who live part of their lives in cyberspace, alter-egos are common place. The UT is no different.
