I am not sure about the professional version because I use the Enterprise Architect (EA) version. You can do your modeling in Visio UML and generate code for the .NET classes from your class diagrams. Also, you can reverse engineer, take someone else's .NET code and generate a Visio UML model from it (You still have to drag the classes from the Visio classes to the digram to create the Visio diagram, but visio knows the class hierarchy so it draws the generalization arrows for you.)

For databases, it does round trip engineering with SQL Server.
