In addition to migrating my Fox26 to VFP now, learning all about OOP, evaluating 2 frameworks I bought to see where I'll stay, reading 3 books I bought from Hentenwerke ... I am learning about SQL Server and this brought me to a decision :

I'd like to hear your preferences about how to deal with the subject of which back end to use.

- have the app using either VFP or SQL Server, with local views for VFP and remote with SQL.

- have the app using either VFP or SQL Server, with remote views with both VFP and SQL.

- use SQL only, and MSDE when needed for smaller structures.
