PMFJI, but I am going to add my recommendation for the Mere Mortals framework. It is very object-oriented, and has helped me get a handle on object-oriented programming. Also, the guy who created it, Kevin McNeish, is creating a very similar framework for working with .Net. So, if and when you feel like making the transition from VFP to .Net, it may be a smoother ride.
