I need to create a WinSock server to my application, but I'm having some problems... To get started I have looked at the example that you can find in http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~WinSockOCX_Sample~VFP
But after looking at that code, and creating a simple client and server I have a problem. When my client calls my server, it stops with the State 4 (Host resolving) and nothing more happends. What could be the problem? The server reports that a connection has been added, but the client never gets connected (State = 7), so I'm unable to send anything...

And also, which is the latest version of the MSWinSock ActiveX control (mswinsck.ocx)?

Is the MSWinSock ActiveX the best WinSock library to use with VFP7?
