>>Yes, there are Oracle Forms... That is why I asked the question to clarify.<<
Ah. So when you said
JVP>>I don't understand it if data requirements mandate a storage mechanism like Oracle or SQL Server, how you can go to DBF's?<<
you were *actually* asking "are you taking work away from the Oracle development team?", you were not implying a move to local tables?
Subtle, baby. Amazing how phrases like "go to DBF's" can have hidden depths. You'll do well in court with clever stuff like that.
As for suboptimal techniques; you've had months to counter the measurements of performance on the WIKI but have not. Because you can't. These measurements are reproducible, based on reality not blather. Not your area, this "fact" stuff.

"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
