I'll play around with the zorder. Thanks for the idea.

As you suggest, I could very well be a missing dodefault. I'm also wondering if it could have something to do with the cSelect object. For example, I could see that if an object reference to it was not declared local, it could create a problem. For now, though, I'll try the zorder, and if that doesn't work, I'll hope my workaround is an adequate band-aid.
