Just to close up this thread, I first created three tables (for the servers, databases and tables) and set up a relationship between the three. The tables were populated using an SQL-DMO series of calls. This allows me to display the databases and the related tables in to grids. I can then select what tables in what databases I want the triggers generated and inserted. I've got a bit of work left to do on the form, but when its done, I can insert the triggers in a large number of tables very, very quickly. I'm sure that it will come in use in the future.
