Sergey,
We have one application left that is being ported from FPW2.6 to VFP7.0-SQL. A couple of our clients have moved to WIN2000 work station and two of these have WIN2000 work stations and WIN2000 server.
On these systems the opening of the databases takes quite a lot longer than a WIN98 work station and the same NT server or WIN2000 server. Can this be Opportunistic Record Locking at work?
Regards,
Jim Smith
