I tried installing VFP 7 on a Win 98 SE machine that has IE 5 installed. I got an Internet Explorer Script Error complaining that "Avtive X component can't create object 'WScript.Shell'". vfpstart.hta was involved.

Any thoughts on what might be wrong?
