Seems that Borland are not creating Delphi as a CLR plug-in. I read in PC-Pro (a British magazine) that they had decided not to and the writer was criticizing their decision. He said that Delphi would kind of play in the .Net sandbox (like VFP) but will not produce IL code. So, it seems, it may not happen. Maybe too much of an endorsement by Borland for an MS strategy to go through with it? Who knows.
