I am working on a VFP 7.0/VFP tables -> VFP 7.0/SQL 2000 Database conversion.

At the mmoment I am working on the part of the app to move the data out of VFP tables to SQL for the go live weekend as well as populating/setting up test/staging servers etc for further development.

The goal of this app is to be comprehensive enough to create the Database on the SQL Server. Export the data from the VFP tables into files for BCP. BCP the data into the server. Any massaging of the data either before the data is exported or after the export. Then setup all indexes, SP's, Functions etc.

Any suggestions or heads up on dealing with VFP Memo Fields and date or datetime fields in VFP.
