Is client drive mapping enabled? Some administrators turn this off for security reasons since if it's disabled there's no way for users to remotely copy data to their local computer. Look in My Computer while ina Citrix session, if A: does not show as connected to Client A: and some other drive letter (usually an upper letter, like U: or V:) does not show as mapped to Client C:, then client drive mapping is most likely turned off.
