UPDATE: Looks like it was a one-time thing, so please disregard.

This might be my brand new OS with all new drivers, etc. but. . .

whenever I click on a UT drop down list (the "More:" list or the "Time Warp" the list behaves awkwardly, to the point that I can't use the mouse to select anything.

I first noticed this with the "More:" list and only went to "Time Warp" to see if oddness there too.
In any case, if I use the scroll bar to move lower items into view, then place the pointer over an item like UT Task Tracker, the list jumps up before I can click or as I click. I can leave the mouse there (over UT Task Tracker) and sometimes it jumps and other times it simply sits there UNTIL I go to click, at which time it jumps around (rolls up, then back down).
Also, after clicking (and getting 2-3 windows opened, but none the one I want) and then closing the erroneously opened windows, I go click on the More: drop down again and this time it the list shows at somewhere in the middle.
