According to the FoxFire instructions, you should not include it in your compiled program. there really id no need to put it in a project. If you are working on geting it to user, then settup the directory layout with foxfire in this layout. then when you run the setup wizard to make disk foxfore will be included. You also need to concider how you are going to install the activex files that foxfire uses. I included them with the setup wizard.
