I would like to know two things. If one of you out there can help me in this I would really appreciate it. I need to write a program to access a file (attachment) from Microsoft outlook and convert to a DBF format so that I can automate the end user activities. This is what I want to know

* Can I direct/Automate Microsoft outlook e-mail attachment ( this is a .Dat file) to a specific folder in network with VFP command?

* Can I convert dat file ( fixed length file) to a dbf file using VFP command ? I tried to create a the correct structure and use
<< Append from Mydata.Dat type sdf >> . It converts the file but it’s not clean.

Please Help !!!!
