>Yes, you're right, I'm sticking with CodeMine.

Great to hear

>I'm not going to ask for a refund from OakLeaf, though, as I'm sure that I'll still take advantage of MM.

I'm sure your right.

>I'm curious about what he can still do in it.

Are you serious <s>. There is a lot of stuff Dave could do with Codemine.

>Do you have ideas of what is goind to come in future upgrades ?

Officially, no. I have talked to Dave about tighter integration with certain internet frameworks, support for Windows DNA type distributed application development with Codemine. I bet Dave is glad he didn't jump too soon on that because that type of distribution could be achieved via Web services now. I have also asked on numerous occasions for a local view version of his SPT parameterised view so that a dynamic WHERE clause can be specified on a local view, not just a remote view. Dave could put in more builders for the more common "gadgets" and I suspect the framework's SQL capabilities will get better. I rate Dave so highly, nothing would surprise me about what ends up in Codemine.

>Also, does he send e-mails telling us about them, or we should keep having a look at SoftClassic's home page to check ?

You need to check the download area periodically. However, Mel Cummings always tries to beat the pack to the updates by posting the first message up here to tell us all there is an update (when we all downloaded the day before <bg>).

>Today is the birthday of a good friend of mine that lives in Southampton. I'll be calling him later, hope he can still understand my brazilian accent.

Course he will. He probably watches Southampton Football Club - there must be a couple of Brazilian players there <s>.

If you have any questions about Codemine, just keep posting up here and we will all do our best
to help our where possible.

Best
