Here is the scenario: I began playing with a view, every time
I got new records for display I wanted the pointer remained in
the same record after adding the new ones, So I used a little
routine applying recno() and it worked well. Then I decided to
apply the same code in a more complex view (conformed by a cursor
and another view), but unfortunately the code didn't work, now
it turns out that the record number changes dynamically as I Add
new records to the view, that is to say, that the record that once
was number 1 now could be 3 and so on, with this problem is im-
possible to remain in a determined record after updating a view,
I even could go to an unexisting record in case the number of
records of the view get reduced.

changes dynamically?

>Could this problem be related with the keyfield property of the
view?

I think you should seek an Primary Key not the recno().
