You are right. I still like a book to take places.

Hertzenwerke's books are very good, but I'd like to read the Programmer's Guide through, now that I know my way around VFP a little better, to learn the fine print of many commands. Also I am hoping to uncover overlooked goodies, such as the one someone pointed to last week, namely SYS(1271,SYS(1270)) as a way to get the exact path and file of an SCX.
