Hi all,

What is the best development tool for developing Desktop & Internet/Intranet applications?

Currently I am using VB6 to develop Desktop applications, and planning to move to Oracle development tools or should I move to another tools.

Kindly, I would like to here you opinion.

Note:
The tool should have the flexibility of supporting & creating Modular applications like (GL/PO/Payroll, etc.), can work separately or can be linked together
