Depend on situation.
I don't know what is real situation in your company.
But if I make new products they will be webbased, SQLServer if they processing average size databases will use C#.Net. If the database is large application will be VFP as data services and will ASP.NET. If Ken do something for improvement of FoxISAPI, may be we will use it too.
